4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions are processed securely via Stripe, under Revica.io, LLC.

• All payments are billed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

• You may cancel anytime through your Substack account or by contacting us at govcon@revica.io.

• No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods unless required by law.

If Stripe or Substack experiences technical issues or payment delays, those systems’ terms and policies govern the transaction.

5. Intellectual Property

All Content, logos, branding, and related materials on GovConSignals.com are the intellectual property of Revica.io, LLC and protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our Content without prior written permission.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Copy, resell, or redistribute paid Content.

• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

• Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the website or payment systems.

• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the previous three months of subscription fees.
